You will need to provide the following:
- Item code, product name, color, and size
- A detailed image of the area of concern as well as an image of the entire product
- Your return shipping address
We will evaluate the provided images to determine if it is a manufacturing flaw, or the result of normal wear and tear. If you are approved for a warranty replacement and we no longer have your item available, your claim will be fulfilled with the most comparable product and color available.
